Wedding Planner

Congratulations on your engagement! We are happy you have chosen the Ann Arbor area as the site for your wedding. Below is a list of free wedding planning services offered by the Ann Arbor Area Convention and Visitors Bureau.

• Wedding Kit: We will gladly send a Wedding Kit directly to you by mail, which includes a Membership Services and Facility Directory to assist with your pre-wedding and on-site planning details.
• Hotel Lead: The Bureau will submit a lead to area hotels specifying your wedding needs. This saves time in calling the appropriate hotels and checking availability/rates. This service does not, however, provide negotiated rates or prices.
• Entertainment Recommendations: The Bureau is happy to provide ideas for group activities and excursions for out-of-town guests and will supply contact information for local event planning organizations that specialize in these activities.
• Promotional Brochures: We have a variety of printed promotional materials on city events, visitor attractions, restaurants, and golf courses for you to distribute to your out-of-town guests.
