Destination ANN ARBOR Virtual Annual Meeting

The overall intent of the recovery plan is to update the strategy maps for our organization and the destination. The plan outlines tangible actions to be enacted over the next 18 months, as well a reexamination of our long-term goals.

The impacts of COVID-19 had dramatic effects on Ann Arbor’s visitor economy, forcing Destination Ann Arbor to rethink our strategic priorities. In some instances this meant addressing fundamental questions, such as why we exist and how we add value to our community and to our stakeholders.
