Zingerman's newest restaurant, Miss Kim is rooted in Korean tradition, but inspired by local Michigan produce. Managing Partner Ji Hye Kim is a culinary genius and hard-working chef - she worked at a few different Zingerman's businesses before opening her food cart, San Street, and then Miss Kim in the Kerrytown District.
