Along the way, he’s had the privilege of working with some of the industry’s best, including James Beard Award winner Chef Alex Young, formerly of Zingerman’s Roadhouse, and Chef Ji Hye Kim, the visionary owner of Miss Kim in Ann Arbor.
From mastering the art of French cuisine and handcrafted pasta to perfecting the rich, hearty flavors of German rouladen, Chef Carlos has built a repertoire as diverse as it is impressive.
