New Year’s Eve grand ballroom seating, room, dinner and party package includes:

Deluxe hotel accommodations for December 31, 2022.  Evening-long entertainment with in-ballroom dancing and poolside DJ. Champagne welcome reception and open luxury bar from 6pm to midnight.  Dining includes full ballroom style dinner service, late night pizza, and private brunch buffet from 9 am until 1 pm the following morning.  Festive hats, balloons and noisemakers to ring in the new year!

Ballroom style dinner:
Hors d’oeuvre plate for two: Weber’s Bakery bread basket with smoked salmon pate. Chilled Lobster Tail, Snow Crab Claws and Shrimp Cocktail

Buffet salads & soup: lobster bisque, caesar & tossed salad and fruit salad

Buffet entrées: Prime Rib of Beef, Crab Cakes, Tuscan Pan Chicken Breast (Sautéed Chicken Breast with Andouille Sausage, Mushrooms, Red Onion, Cilantro and Tomatoes in a White Clam Cream Sauce), Caramelized Salmon Filet, Red Onions and Green Onion Coulis

Buffet accompaniments: gruyere and Romano au gratin potatoes, fresh asparagus with sauce béarnaise

Dessert: a selection of seasonal mini pastries

Seating times for the New Year’s Eve buffet are at 7:00, 7:30 and 8:00 p.m. in the grand ballroom. Please select preferred seating time when purchasing your package plan. Please note on your reservations if you would like to sit with any other couples. Seating will be determined prior to that evening. Parties smaller than ten people will be seated together “European style” with other small parties. Dinner buffet will close promptly at 9:15 pm

All guests must be at least 21 years old. Formal attire encouraged.

Entertainment:
Intrigue will be performing in the grand ballroom or jam with the DJ poolside until 1 am.

Private brunch buffet on New Year’s day: cracked in-house fluffy scrambled eggs, bacon, fried chicken, au gratin potatoes, cinnamon swirl french toast with maple syrup, scones, cinnamon rolls and muffins, sliced fresh fruit, house salad with dried cranberries and toasted almonds, Natalie’s orange juice, fair trade organic regular and decaffeinated coffee, and hot tea.

Room, dinner and party packages start at $600/couple. Room and party packages start at $450/couple. Package prices include gratuities. Items purchased at Weber’s Restaurant or the Habitat are not included.  Suites and poolside rooms available at additional cost. Poolside rooms will have DJ and guests in pool area until 1am. Maximum 2 guests per room. No parties in the hotel rooms allowed.
