Butcher’s Monthly is a collaboration between Zingerman’s Deli and Marrow Detroit and includes locally sourced and butchered meats, charcuterie and sausages plus curated pantry staples and signature specialties from the Deli—in other words, a big box of food with really big flavor to bring joy to your grill and your kitchen.

Join Deli Chef Rodger Bowser for a Peek Inside the Deli Kitchen as he unboxes this month’s box at the grill.  He’ll walk you through some of his ideas for how to prepare several meals with your box contents on the grill.  Rodger works with Marrow’s butcher to hand pick all the items that are included in the box each month, so this is a great opportunity to hear a bit more about what’s he’s selected and why.  You’ll also get to hear what excites him about this collaboration with Marrow and what you can expect in future month’s boxes.
