Family Style Chop Suey: Local chicken and vegetable stir fry served over Carolina gold rice.
Swiss steak: Fried and braised steak with tomatoes served with anson mills antebellum grits
Rainbow trout and corn relish: Grilled local trout topped with a corn and pepper relish. Served with Carolina gold rice. 
Dessert: Indian pudding: Spiced cornmeal custard topped with a scoop of vanilla gelato.
