The class will be led by Mary Balog, a Registered Dietitian and Argus "Food Alchemist". There will be farm updates, a guided tour of what's in season, nutrition highlights and cooking tips for seasonal produce, and a cooking demo! Whether you have zero, some, or plenty of experience with local food, this is an opportunity to freshen up your Argus Farm Stop knowledge!
Participants will leave with a "Seasonal Produce 101" tip sheet and recipe packet, and the relief of knowing what to finaly do with those funky jerusalem artichokes.
