A registered Dietitian and a graduate of the CIA, we welcome Chef Karin to our Fustini's kitchen. Create individual pockets of deliciousness and explore the versatile form of en papillote.

MENU: Pasta primavera “en papillote” with shrimp, pesto, pasta and “Voodles” served with a green salad and home made vinaigrette.

Cost is $55 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class. All class seats are nonrefundable, much like a sporting event or theater ticket. If canceling is necessary and given two days in advance, we will issue you a store credit for product or toward another class. Please note: we require a 6-day advance notice for rescheduling groups larger than four people.

Only a portion of available seats are posted online. If you have a group larger than online availability, or if the class you are interested in attending is sold out online please call the store as there may still be seats available in store.
