Ferial Rewoldt is chef and owner of HumusFalafil, a local business that produces classic Mediterranean food. She emigrated from Lebanon in 1976 to study, and went on to work as a Registered Nurse for 30 years. After she retired, she started her food business to share foods from the Mediterranean where she grew up with her local community. Join in for a cooking demonstration led by Ferial. She will walk you through the steps of making Spinach-cheese Pie.
