Teams will learn how to make a rich and creamy chocolate mousse and silky smooth truffles. OOther topics covered include what tempering is and how it works, how chocolate is grown, harvested and processed, and what the various percentages of chocolate mean. Each participant will take home a packet of recipes and any treats from class.  Ages 12+, maximum class of 10 people .
