Chef Raul was born in Valencia, the birthplace of paella, and placed 3rd in the 2023 World Paella Cup competition. During the Master Class, you will learn the history of this prized dish, the importance of selecting high quality ingredients, and our technique to achieve the elusive socarrat.
Aventura has been officially recognized by the international non-profit organization, Wikipaella, as one of six restaurants in the United States who deliberately and successfully uphold the gastronomic traditions and values of Valencian paella throughout the world.
