Reiki is a Japanese spiritual practice that supports healing and personal development. The word Reiki roughly translates to “spiritual energy”. Practicing the system of Reiki helps to restore a sense of balance, relaxation, and a general sense of well-being. If you are looking for a natural, non-invasive, and simple method of healing, you should give Reiki practice a try.

During a Reiki session, clients remain fully clothed as the practitioner places their hands on and/or close to the client’s body in order to facilitate a space for healing. Common health concerns relieved by Reiki treatment include digestion, insomnia, anxiety, pain, chronic stress, and discomfort.

In Shoden: Reiki I Training we learn the basic principles of the system of Reiki. This training is the perfect start for those interested in learning an introduction to Reiki and developing the tools to work on self and family/friends.

In Okuden: Reiki II Training we continue to build on the basic principles of the system of Reiki learned in Shoden: Reiki I. This training is perfect for those interested in sharing Reiki with others in a professional setting. Reiki I certification is required prior to taking this class.

In this training, we will cover the concepts in both Reiki I and II trainings. Including all reiju/attunements. Upon completion, students will receive a certificate of completion suitable for personal and professional practice.
