Come together for the medicine of movement, drumming, energy shifting, smiles, sweating, learning and community! Begins on September 8th with DANCE class given by Julie Kouyate from 5-6:30 with live drumming by RhythmFamily, and occasionally members from Ancestral Voices and NinjaFola drum crews! Each time we run dance class we have a drum class prior to that with Lamine Soumah & Paul Militello from 3:30- 5pm.

November 3rd and 17th ~3:30-5 drum 5-6:30 dance

Cost is $25 cash payment for either drum or dance class. Tell all your people It’s time to get back into the rhythm of things and celebrate the life we are living….together.
No experience necessary to come dance. We will make sure you are participating and feelin’ it!
