Schmaltz is an Ann Arbor, Michigan based Klezmer-Funk collective. Brought together by band leader and Ashkenazi food enthusiast Ryan Schildcrout, the five-piece ensemble looks to bring you a spontaneous evening of mirth. With an aptly curated setlist of originals and Klezmer classics, Schmaltz brings their own refreshingly unique sound to the beloved traditions of Klezmer.
