Special Dinner: Spaghetti Western at Zingerman's Roadhouse

Guests can expect a wild ride as they indulge in a range of delectable dishes. The evening will commence with Crostini con Burro e Alici (crostini with anchovies and butter), followed by two courses of "Dueling Pastas." The first course will feature Primo Grano Spaghettoni Carbonara vs. Saragholla Spaghetti Aglio Olio e Peperoncino, while the second course will present Farro Spaghetti Amatriciana vs. Corn Spaghetti alla Portofino. To conclude the meal, guests will enjoy a delightful dessert course of Tuscan Baked Apple, accompanied by Zingerman's Creamery's vanilla gelato.

Throughout the dinner, Rolando will share captivating stories about the value of these simple yet exquisite ingredients in each course. He will also discuss their significance in his cookbook, Autentico, which will be available for purchase at the event.
