Led by Chef Kieron Hales and taking place on the front grove in front of our 1834 Farmhouse, The menu will consist of farm-to-table fare that celebrates the best of the summer’s bounty followed by an extravagant dessert spread of ornate sweets with origins from both France and England!
All guests will be greeted by a welcome cocktail of Elderflower Champagne (using elderflower grown on property and cordial made in-house) and make their way outside to find their seats at the long, farm tables. The first three courses are a curated array of rustic, light, vegetable-focused dishes. For the final course, Chef Kieron will tap into his English roots and experience as the Executive Pastry Chef at White Barn Inn, a AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Five Star restaurant in Maine, with dessert spread that would suit the Queen!
