Summer Workout Series

Join us for our Summer Workout Series! One class every week until September 24th.

Two class options available. $15/person per class. Located at the Amphitheater.

CLASS OPTIONS:
Weekend Warrior — Led by Yoga Instructor, Brogan Kovsky, RYT 200, this is a yoga class with a balance of stretch + strength. Each class will incorporate mindful breathing + movement to increase energy + awareness. All levels welcome!

Full Body Burn — Led by NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Emily Burchyett (@heyemmylou) and creator of Fit As Hel — a wellness collective. This class is a body weight focused strength training class designed to help you build muscle and burn body fat. All levels welcome!


Each class will finish off with core work and stretching. All levels welcome! Please bring water and a yoga mat if you have one.
