11:30 AM - Line up at the Ann Arbor District Library for the Trick or Treater parade.
12 PM - Parade will begin at E William and conclude at Washington St. The Trick or Treater parade will be led by the Ann Arbor District Library.
12:15 PM - 1:30 PM - Downtown Trick or Treating. Participating businesses will have a balloon outside of their location.
1:30 - 3 PM - Spooktacular Activities on Main St.
