As an employee of our small nonprofit arts organization, the Ann Arbor Film Festival (AAFF) Coordinator will have the opportunity to wear many hats while being encouraged and supported to take initiative and try new things! This role supports a number of important functions for the organization under the direction of the Festival Director.

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
Coordinate screening and installation programs
Coordinate timely requests for and receipts of program support materials for the annual film festival.
Coordinate the AAFF Touring and AAFF Presents programs
Research new grant sources
Create documents and materials
Nurture relationships with donors, volunteers, community members, filmmakers, and other supporters of the organization.
The AAFF is the oldest experimental film festival in North America. Our mission is to support bold, visionary filmmakers, advance the art form of film and new media, and engage communities with remarkable cinematic experiences.
Our six-day festival presents films of all lengths and genres from all over the world including experimental, animation, documentary, narrative, and performance-based works. The 60th AAFF will take place March 22–27, 2022.
