Ann Arbor SPARK is the regional economic development organization helping drive economic growth and prosperity for all. Every year, SPARK manages a week-long series of events dedicated to celebrating the spirit of innovation found here in Ann Arbor, MI.

As Ann Arbor SPARK’s director of a2Tech360 (a2tech360.com) you will play a pivotal role in shaping a visionary strategy and the successful execution of this program. This position is dedicated to the ongoing evolution and effective management of events within the series while fostering strong relationships between SPARK and existing as well as potential partners.

As the a2Tech360 director, there is a proactive engagement with the community to innovate and identify fresh prospects for a2Tech360. Serving as the event's ambassador, the director actively seeks opportunities to broaden its reach and appeal to new audiences.

Key Deliverables of this position: Create programming that elevates Ann Arbor’s visibility as a destination for innovative people and companies, while increasing participation of partner organizations and ecosystem peers, and ensuring attendees have meaningful experiences to support the organization’s strategic plan.
