The Expeditor is an essential link between the Front and Back of House. The Expeditor ensures all menu items are properly cooked, beautifully presented, and prepared and delivered promptly to the guests. This position is responsible for coordinating the movements of the kitchen to ensure a smooth and efficient service. 


  • Conduct quality checks and make certain all dishes are prepared and plated according to our standards
  • Oversee and manage ticket times to ensure our guests are receiving food quickly and that it is beautifully presented
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting, with the capacity to keep an organized workspace and calm demeanor
  • Demonstrate mental focus, teamwork, and strong attention to detail
  • Become an expert on the menu and educate our staff about the specifics and preparation of our products
  • Move with purpose, awareness, and a sense of urgency


  • 1+ year as Expeditor in a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
  • Bilingual (Spanish + English) a plus
