When it comes to creativity and open-mindedness, we would like to believe we are the first and only restaurant to combine Indian and Mexican cuisine and do it well. Take for example Tinga Masala. We combined the spices found in Tikka Masala with the flavor of the typical Mexican dish: Tinga. Or take the Lamb Keema (ground meat) as another example. We combined the familiar Southwestern taco flavor with typical Indian Keema spices.
