What you will be doing:

Preparing a variety of food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, etc.
Understanding and complying with recipes, portion sizes, cooking methods and kitchen policies and procedures.
Ensuring that all equipment and kitchen area is kept clean and in excellent working condition.
Providing exemplary guest service by demonstrating a personal commitment to making every guest satisfied.
Continuously promoting, communicating, and embodying the RMC culture.
