The Service Staff is a dedicated member of the Service Team who works with intention and integrity to oversee each aspect of the guest experience ensuring that they have a safe, hospitable and outstanding experience by upholding our high standards of safety and service, demonstrating our values and contributing to our productive and uplifting culture.
CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Anticipate each table and greets guests timely and with our signature hospitality. Eagerly handles every aspect of the guest experience from setup to sanitize. Expert on the food and beverage menus. Able to impart information about our dishes and beverages and respond to questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens/dietary restrictions. Expert on the Steps of Service and consistently executes with hustle and soignée. Drive sales for the restaurant and guest check average by guiding guests towards the full experience and also returning for more. Maintain opening, running, and closing side work throughout the shift contributing to the efficiency and overall flow of the restaurant. Continuously learning about food, beverage, suppliers, etc. Engaged in pre-shift and other educational opportunities. Contributes to teamwork by holding self and teammates accountable to the standards of excellence. Demonstrate positive and encouraging work ethic daily. Assist with Take Away, seating guests, dish help and other needs of the restaurant.
