Embracing Our Differences Michigan Exhibit

The 2023 Embracing Our Differences Exhibit is open now at Gallup Park and Riverside Park.

The Embracing Our Differences Michigan exhibit is an annual, juried outdoor installation featuring billboard-sized images created by local, national and international artists reflecting their interpretations of the theme “Enriching Our Lives Through Diversity”.

Art work is installed in two parks across the neighboring communities of Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti, Michigan.

Gallup Park

Ann Arbor

Gallup Park is a 69-acre park and is Ann Arbor’s most popular recreation area. It is located along the Huron River and Geddes Pond with scenic walkways that traverse small islands with pedestrian bridges that form a loop.

Location within the park:  Exhibit will be installed near the southeast corner of Huron Parkway and  Geddes Rd.

Parking:  Parking lot is accessed off Geddes Road

Riverside Park

Ypsilanti

A 16-acre park located on the Huron River in Ypsilanti.  It is part of the Washtenaw Border to Border Trail as well as the Huron River Trail.

Parking: Parking is located on the north end of the park, off Cross Street, just west of the river or to the south of the park, accessed via an alley just west of 6 West Michigan.
