Highline Spirits Dexter Tasting Room

2,400 square-foot gathering space for locals and visitors to relax and enjoy a craft cocktail, take a whiskey tasting class or pick up a few bottles for purchase. 12 signature cocktails made with Highline’s own whiskey, rum, vodka and gin are featured at the tasting room.

Patrons can enjoy whiskey flights, or a full range of craft cocktails featuring whiskey, vodka, gin and rum. Food trucks and live music fill the night!

Christi Lower, owner and founder of Highline Spirits, discovered her passion for spirits over a decade ago during a memorable wedding in Kentucky. It was there, with a bourbon steward guiding her through the intricate world of bourbons, that she realized the profound science behind distillation and the remarkable diversity of flavors.
