On Friday, December 5, downtown Ann Arbor hosts Midnight Madness, a famous annual season kick-off inviting you to experience A2 holiday magic. 

Get ready for late-night shopping, dining, and merry meet and greets with Santa and the Grinch! Stores and restaurants are open late, and we'll help you plan your route.

Downtown is filled with festive holiday lights, decorated windows, and live entertainment. Explore the Main Street, Kerrytown, and State Street districts for music, food and drinks, prizes, and plenty of holiday fun until midnight.

KindleFest Market

• Location: Kerrytown Market, 5:00 – 10:00 PM 

Part of Midnight Madness, Kerrytown KindleFest is a beloved outdoor holiday market with dozens of artisans and vendors selling holiday wares and creative gifts. Order from food trucks and enjoy hot mulled wine in a festive outdoor setting.

Expect kid-friendly events like making s'mores over the cozy fire  between 5-7 PM and groove to live music from 7-10 PM.

Silent Disco: Main Street 8 – 11 PM
